Best APC record in the RICS! Excellent opportunity for an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor to progress and achieve.

Our client is a major multi-disciplinary construction consultancy working across the Housing, Care, Education, Health and Commercial sectors.

Working across both the public and private sector, their team consists of architects, building surveyors, quantity surveyors, electrical, mechanical and environmental engineers, project managers and health and safety specialists.

In order to support their continued growth, our client is now recruiting for an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor for their London office on the outskirts of Kent.

This position will give the successful applicant the opportunity to work across a number of project sectors, ensuring the best possible environment to complete their APC and progress with their career.

Person Specification:
The successful applicant will be a Graduate Building Surveyor with a RICS accredited degree or equivalent recognised qualification.

You will ideally have 2-4 years post graduation experience with experience experience in a number of project sectors to include residential/housing.

You must be enthusiastic and client-facing, with good interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Excellent specification writing skills
• Ability and experience of running jobs (do not have to be large)
• Good understanding of standard forms of contract
• Excellent communication skills

Salary & Package:
Our client is offering a salary of between £25,000 and £30,000 per annum depending on your level of experience, along with the following package:
