Offering a highly successful APC program along with a broad range of work, this multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for a Graduate Building Surveyor who is part-way through their APC to join their busy team in Spitalfields. Projects range from £100k-£35m and sectors include; healthcare, education, residential, high-end residential, charitable trusts and more.

Person Specification: Assistant Building Surveyor – APC

• Degree or equivilent in Building Surveying
• Ideally 1 years’ APC diary
• Broad experience
• Confident communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities: Assistant Building Surveyor – APC

You will work across a broad range of projects and professional instructions.
Projects range in size, type and complexity and professional instructions will include everything required for your APC, including; dilaps, CDM, defect diagnosis, surveys, party walls etc

Salary & Package: Assistant Building Surveyor – APC

Our client is happy to pay from £28,000 – £40,000 per annum , dependant on experience.
