Assistant Building Surveyor – APC to Chartership – Surrey

Join this Multi Disciplinary consultancy as an experienced Assistant Building Surveyor and grow your experience as you progress from APC to Chartership.

Our client is a mid-sized, friendly Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy offering Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Architectural Services within the public sector throughout London and the South East.

With projects having a joint construction value of £175m, our client is in a strong growth phase and is currently recruiting for an experieced Assistant Building Surveyor for their Surrey offices.

Person specification:

• Qualified with a RICS accredited degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Building Surveyor
• Part way through APC
• Desire to grow your experience and career with the practice
• Experience in Social Housing projects

Role & Responsibilities:
This is a varied role which will allow you to expand your experience and duties. Among your general experience you will have:-

• Contract administration
• Survey
• Report
• Eestimate
• Specify
• Run contracts onsite

Salary & Package:
Our client is keen to offer a competitive salary for the right candidate and does not wish to limit itself by posting boundaries. Salary will be dependent on experience.
