Person Specification: Assistant Building Surveyor

• RICS recognised degree in Building Surveying or other relevant course
• 1-2 years practical experience, ideally having commenced APC
• Proven experience in Housing, Commercial and Education Sectors
• Enthusiastic and client-facing

​Roles & Responsibilities: Assistant Building Surveyor

Within this role you will work across a range of projects and professional instructions on the Met Police framework.

Working across a range of different building types your work with include external repairs, maintenance and all the professional work alongside.

You will ideally have 2-3 years post graduate practical experience and you will be able to undertake projects without hand-holding.

You will be a confident communicator, able to manage relationships within this important framework.
