Assistant Building Surveyor / Project Manager – London

Great opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to grow their Project Management experience within this SW London Property Services Company.

Our client is a Property Services Company operating across a number of project sectors including: Commercial, Office, Hotels, Healthcare and some rather interesting special projects.

With some high profile commercial clients and works ranging from redecorations to remedial and major works, this growing company is now recruiting for an Assistant Building Surveyor with Project Management experience to join their growing team in SW London.

This would be an ideal role for those wishing to direct their role further towards Project Management.

Person Specification:
The successful applicant will be a Building Surveying graduate with a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying.

You will be working as an Assistant Building Surveyor and will have undertaken a degree of Project Management work on various project types.

You will be capable of working unaided as well as within a team and you will be comfortable liaising with colleagues, contractors and clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
This role will use your Building Surveying and project management experience across a variety of project sectors with the bulk of work being on refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Salary & Package:
Our client is offering the successful applicant a competitive salary of between £26,000-£30,000 pa dependant on experience and ability.
