In order to support their continued growth, our client is now recruiting for an Assistant Building Surveyor for their Crawley, West Sussex office.

Person Specification:
The successful applicant will be an Assistant Building Surveyor, qualified with a RICS accredited degree or equivalent.

You will have proven experience within the commercial sector and will ideally have worked on a number of project types including project management, contract administration, dilapidations and acquisition surveys.

You must be enthusiastic and client-facing, with good interpersonal and business development skills.

A high quality of service forms the foundation of this practice so the successful applicant must be equally enthusiastic about quality of service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and Contract Administration
• Project Management of refurbishment schemes
• Technical Due Diligence/ Acquisition services
• Party Wall Awards
• Dilapidations

Salary & Package:
Salary for this role will be £22,000- £35,000 dependant on experience. Alongside a competitive salary our client will offer the following package.
