With long-lasting partnerships across the UK, our client is now recruiting for an Assistant/Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their Hertfordshire based team.

Person specification:
The successful applicant will hold a RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying and 2-5 years Quantity Surveying experience, with a minimum of 1 year’s Retail experience in stores.

You will have excellent time management and organisational skills as you will work on a high volume of relatively small projects

Role & Responsibilities:
The Successful candidate will have sole responsibility of the commercial elements of the prohects which range from installing phone shops and click and collect booths in store, to general re-merchandising.

Salary & Package:
Our client is offering a salary of circa £25-£30k plus car/car allowance, dependant on experience and background.
