This multi-disciplinary consultancy is offering a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant QS to progress quickly, taking the lead on various residential projects after a 6-9 month bedding-in period.

With offices across London and the South East, they are a practice of chartered surveyors, construction and property consultants providing employer’s agent, quantity surveying, project management, cost consultancy, principal designer and site inspection services.

Due to continued growth our client now requires an Assistant Quantity to work directly with one of the Partners, taking the lead on various residential projects after a 6-9 month bedding-in period. Working from their offices in Kent.

Person Specification:

• Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
• Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• 2+ years practical experience
• Experience within the residential sector essential, preferably mixed-tenure

Roles & Responsibilities:

Based form the office in Kent but visiting sites across Kent, London and SE you will have a 6 month bedding in period in which you will assist a Partner and bed-in with a view to taking the lead on various mixed-tenure residential projects.

Duties will range from start to finish. Pre and post-contract.

Salary & Package:

Our client is paying a package of up to £40,000. Salary dependant on experience and background.
