Due to continued growth within their Building Surveying team, they are now recruiting for a Associate Building Surveyor for their offices in Birmingham, West Midlands.

The role offers great autonomy and support to establish and grow the local service enjoying synergies with the other service lines of development monitoring and project management. There is already a steady flow of work through an an established local BD Director.

Person Specification:

• Associate Building Surveyor
• Proven experience at a senior level
• Broad range of experience in professional and project work
• Experience working with investors and landlords
• Keen to progress to Regional Director

Roles & Responsibilities:

Established workload includes the following business areas: –

• Reinstatement cost assessments (FIVs) all over the country
• Landlords Dilapidations work
• Contract administration for repairs maintenance and improvement works
• Pre-acquisition surveys – GoReport used for data capture and reporting using iPads
• 2 major National framework clients – a health care investor and a pension fund plus many other investor clients
• Distressed asset rescue and build-out services to funders when contractors / developers go bust

Salary & Package:

Our client is happy to generate attractive offers and will compete/beat other local companies. Salary guideline is up to £60,000. Salary dependant on experience and background. Benefits include: –
