Person Specification: Associate Building Surveyor

• MRICS – You will ideally be Chartered although this is not essential
• Minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience (7 years’ practical experience if not Chartered)
• Experience across a range of project sectors
• Strong CA/PM experience
• Strong communication/ client liaison

Roles & Responsibilities: Associate Building Surveyor

• You will work across a broad range of projects and professional instructions is a range of industry sectors.
• Project sizes range from £100k – £5m
• Profesional instructions will include; Dilaps, TDD,CDM, Surveys, Party Walls etc
• You will guide and develop junior staff within the company

Salary & Package: Associate Building Surveyor

From £75,000 – £80,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
