Our client is a highly respected independent global property and construction consultancy covering a range of services which include Quantity Surveying and Cost Management amongst a number of other related disciplines.

In line with planned growth they are now recruiting for a Associate Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Consultant based in Central London to join them on some of the worlds most exciting projects within the built environment. Our client is not sectorised so whether you want to work on the latest flagship commercial office development, landmark mixed-use developments or a high-end residential scheme, you can expect a diverse and rewarding career whichever team you join.

Person Specification:

• The successful applicant will be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying and full RICS membership, MRICS
• have up up to 10 years’ post qualification experience
• Have a PQS background
• You will have senior level experience working on multi-million pound projects in your chosen sector of expertise
• You will be able to adapt and apply yourself and understand the importance of client relationships

Salary & Package:

Our client is offering a competitive salary up to (but not fixed to) £80,000 plus a benefits package and real progression opportunities.
