Building Surveyor – APC – Surrey

Surrey based Multi-disciplinary consultancy is recruiting for a Building Surveyor as part of continued organic growth.

The successful Building Surveyor will join the busy Education team, transforming school buildings and delivering a wide variety of cutting edge construction projects.

Person specification:
The successful Building Surveyor will be qualified to degree level or equivilent with a RICS accredited degree.

You will have 2-5 years post qualification experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally on Education projects, although this is not essential.

With Building Surveyor experience to include project management on construction projects, you will welcome a challenge, have a positive client facing manner, a ‘can do’ attitude and a strong will to succeed.

You will be capable of operating strategically and will have a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable working as a part of a team, but also be able to manage your own time.

The ideal Building Surveyor will be working towards their APC or may even be newly Chartered, MRICS. Either way, our client has a strong focus on development and is keen to help all of its staff to progress, both educationally and through their career.

Salary & Package:
Our client is offering a package of £33,000 – £37,000 including company car allowance as well as annual and commission based bonus schemes.
