New opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join this dynamic and creative commercial practice with unlimited progression opportunities.

Our client is an independent firm of Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Managers serving the commercial property sector. Their work covers project and professional work and their well-established client base includes commercial clients of all sizes from nationally loved brands to smaller local clients.

In order to support their continued growth, our client is now recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor for their Crawley, West Sussex office.

Person Specification:

The successful applicant will be a Chartered Building Surveyor, MRICS, qualified with a RICS accredited degree or equivalent and full MRICS Membership.

You will have proven experience within the commercial sector and will ideally have worked on a number of project types including project management, contract administration, dilapidations and acquisition surveys.

You must be enthusiastic and client-facing, with good interpersonal and business development skills.

A high quality of service forms the foundation of this practice so the successful applicant must be equally enthusiastic about quality of service.

Design and Contract Administration
Project Management of refurbishment schemes
Technical Due Diligence/ Acquisition services
Party Wall Awards
Dilapidations

Salary & Package:

Salary for this role will be £35,000- £50,000 dependant on experience. Alongside a competitive salary our client will offer the following package.
