Person Specification: Building Surveyor

• The successful applicant will hold a RICS recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Building Surveying or a related field
• Ideally a Chartered member of the RICS – MRICS (you may be AssocRICS)
• Able to work independently
• Proven report writing ability
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable liaising with clients and contractors alike

Roles & Responsibilities: Building Surveyor

You will cover work in both professional and project functions with a bias towards level 1-2 residential surveys and project work in residential blocks. Overall workload can include the following: –

• Building Surveys
• Contract Administration
• Maintenance plans

• Design and Specification

• Licence to alter
• Defect inspections
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments
• Party Wall Matters
• Dilapidations
• Homebuyers

Salary & Package: Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client is happy to offer a salary £45,000 – £60,000 + Pension + Progression.
