Established for over 22 years and with a reputation for high quality work and specialist knowledge, this Chartered practice of Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Party Wall Surveyors works across a range of sectors but specialises in victorian properties, often in the high-end residential sector.

They offer a friendly working environment with each Surveyor having their own admin support staff. They are a busy practice that is happy to invest in their staff and provide an opportunity for progression.

This Chartered Building Surveyor role will be based from offices in NW London.

Person Specification – Chartered Building Surveyor

• You will be a member of the RICS – MRICS
• 3+ years post qualification experience
• Background in property management
• Excellent defect diagnosis skills, particularly with Victorian properties

​Roles & Responsibilities – Chartered Building Surveyor

Working with the assistance of your own admin support staff you’ll work an even mix of project and professional work. You will predominantly work across the Victorian residential sector in areas such as Knightsbridge and your workload will include the following: –

• Specific defect reports
• Building surveys
• Schedules of condition
• Dilapidations
• Insurance Valuations
• PPM reports
• Schedule of works
• Specifications
• Pre-purchase surveys
• Large and small projects £30k – £200k
• Party Wall matters

Salary & Package – Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client is offering a salary of £55,000 – £60,000 per annum dependant on experience and background their generous bonus scheme offers 1/3 over 3x salary.
