As part of their continued growth plans our client is currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyors MRICS to join and aid the growth of the business.

Person specification:

The successful applicant will be an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor, with experience including residential works and party wall surveys.

• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong report writing skills
• Good knowledge of building regulations and other statutory requirements
• Be comfortable liaising with client and colleagues
• A Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
• The ability to work individually and as part of a team

Role & Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will have experience across the following areas:

• Party wall surveys
• Contract admin
• Dilapidations
• Specification
• Tendering
• Contract administration for repair, maintenance, extensions and alterations

Package:

Our client is keen to offer a competitive salary of up to £55k pa dependant on experience and ability to aid the growth of the business.
