This role will focus on their block management client’s so a broad range of residential experience is essential. They respect experience and are happy to offer flexible working, so if you work best with a portion of your week being homeworking, they are happy to support that.

The new experienced APC Building Surveyor will be based from their offices in Twickenham, SW London

Person Specification – APC Building Surveyor

• Degree qualification or equivalent in Building Surveying
• You will have 2+ years practical experience and be a fair way towards your APC
• You will have a broad range of experience across the residential sector
• Experience with block management firms would be preferable
• You will be self sufficient and comfortable liaising with clients and contractors

Salary & Package – APC Building Surveyor

Our client is offering a salary of £32,000 – £37,000 per annum dependant on experience and background.
