Great APC opportunity for an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor with exposure to the Landlord & tenant / lease advisory sector to take up an integral role within this multi-disciplinary consultancy. 1st class APC support and progression beyond Chartership.

Our client is a multidisciplinary building consultancy, providing a full range of professional services within various industry sectors, including; commercial, healthcare, education, residential and community.

With new offices designed around agile working for 2020, they are now recruiting for a experienced Graduate Building Surveyor to join their landlord & tenant / lease advisory team in central London, 3 minutes walk from Aldgate East tube station.

This role comes with 1st class APC support and progression beyond Chartership.

Person Specification – APC Building Surveyor

• The successful applicant will hold a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification
• You will have a minimum 1 year’s post graduate experience
• You will have experience in a variety of instructions based around lease driven property
• Comfortable in a client facing role

​Roles & Responsibilities – APC Building Surveyor

Working with landlords, managing agents and freeholders you will work across a range of commercial and high-end residential instructions based around lease driven property.

• Landlord and Tenant services
• Licence for Alterations
• Capital Expenditure plans
• Acting as Party Wall Surveyor
• Feasibility reports,
• Building pathology and defect analysis
• Cyclical maintenance
• Section 20 – Landlord and tenant
• Specification preparation and Contract administration – Roof renewals etc
• Acting on all sides but predominantly with Managing Agents.

Salary & Package – APC Building Surveyor

Our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on your level of experience, along with the following package:
