Operating in flexible teams depending on the project, no-one is pigeon-holed ensuring that they are flexible and agile as a company and that all staff have broad experience across all types of work.They are now recruiting for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their London City team.

Person Specification: Graduate Building Surveyor – APC

• Graduate Building Surveyor – APC
• You will be part-way through your APC
• You will ideally have experience across a broad range of project and professional instructions, ideally in several of the following sectors; commercial, offices, hotels, mixed-use, high-rise, industrial, Shopping centres, retail and town-centre regeneration
• Good communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities: Graduate Building Surveyor – APC

• Working the full spectrum of project and professional instructions, you will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of work in the following sectors; commercial, offices, hotels, mixed-use, high-rise, industrial, shopping centres, retail and town centre regeneration.
• Company workload is split 70/30 project to professional but they have the flexibility for this to change depending on the market. No-one has a defined focus on any one type of work, e.g. Dilaps, to ensure that everyone is multi-skilled and flexible.

Salary & Package: Graduate Building Surveyor – APC

• Salary – Circa £35,000 per annum dependant on experience and APC progression
• Bonus scheme – Based on contribution to team. E.G. An exceptional employee recently received a bonus of 25% of their salary
• 1st Class APC support – You will have full guidance and variety of work to ensure that you can progress with your APC in a timely manner
• Progression – There are no barriers to progression
