Graduate Building Surveyor - APC level - Brighton, East Sussex

Excellent APC opportunity for a graduate Building Surveyor to join Brighton based Chartered Surveying practice. Full APC training programme and real and continued progression once Chartered.

With an excellent reputation within the industry they have a strong focus on training and development. They have a fully structured APC training programme with ongoing training in both technical and business development skills once you’re chartered.

With client across London and the South East their experienced and highly trained team offer a number of service, including; Building Surveys, Party Wall Matters, Contract Administration, Project Management, Building Surveying Services for Residential Blocks and Commercial Properties, Due Diligence, Technical Property Advice, Defect Diagnosis and Repairs, Damp Diagnosis, Architectural Design, Specification, Interior Design and Licence to Alter Matters/Freeholder Consent.

With continued growth across all sectors, our client is now recruiting for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their East Sussex office in Brighton.

Person Specification:

• The successful applicant will be a Graduate Building Surveyor, qualified with a RICS accredited degree or equivalent.
• You will be experienced in working within a building consultancy team at the Graduate / Assistant level
• You will have experience in both the residential and commercial sectors and have experience in fulfilling a Client facing role/ delivering excellent customer support
• You will have a minimum of 6 months APC diary completed
• You will be driven and motivated towards completing your APC and becoming chartered
• You will be self driven, a team-player, sociable, resourceful and confident
