In line with their continued growth they are now recruiting for an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor to join their offices in Petersfield, Hampshire.

Person Specification: Graduate Building Surveyor

• 1-2 years practical experience (this can be whilst studying or post graduate)
• You will have started working towards your APC
• Experience across a range of industry sectors
• Ideally you will have experience of CA, PM and possibly EA
• Good communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities: Graduate Building Surveyor

With a workload split between the professional/ project Building Surveying role and the Employers Agent role, this position will see you working on all areas required to progress swiftly towards your APC, including;

• Project Management
• Contract Administration
• Dilapidations
• Condition Surveys
• Fore insurance Valuations
• RCA’s
• Building Surveys and more

Salary & Package: Graduate Building Surveyor

Our client is offering a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience and background.
