Graduate Building Surveyor – APC – Surrey

As part of their continued growth plans our client is currently recruiting for a Building Surveyors to join the firm and be part of the growth of the business.

Person specification:
The successful applicant will be a graduate Building Surveyor, with experience including residential works and party wall surveys.

• Knowledge of building regulations and other statutory requirements
• Be comfortable liaising with client and colleagues
• A Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
• The ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good report writing ability

Role & Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will develop their experience across the following areas:

• Party wall surveys / Reports
• Carry out surveys for defect analysis and specifications
• Contract admin
• Dilapidations
• Specification
• Tendering
• Contract administration for repair, maintenance, extensions and alterations

Salary & Package:
Our client is keen to offer a competitive salary of up to £35k pa dependant on experience and ability to aid the growth of the business.
