Person Specification: Newly qualified Building Surveyor

• Newly qualified Building Surveyor – MRICS
• Proven experience across the commercial sector
• Excellent communication skills/ client facing

Roles & Responsibilities: Newly qualified Building Surveyor

With a broad workload across the commercial sector you will cover the following areas: –

• Contract Administration
• Project Management
• Technical Due Diligence/ Acquisition services
• Party Wall
• Dilapidations
• Condition Surveys
• Specification writing
• Employers agent

Salary & Package: Newly qualified Building Surveyor

Salary for this role will be £45,000+ dependant on experience. Alongside a competitive salary our client will offer the following package.

• 15% of over-target bonus
