• Quantity Surveyor
• £50k-£70k + Bonus + Private healthcare + Hybrid working + Progression to Commercial Manager

Integral role working closely with the business owner. For those who have the drive, there is the potential for fast progression to commercial lead whilst building a team beneath them. Broad range of projects covering all sectors from commercial to high-end residential.

Person Specification: Senior Building Surveyor

• Experienced QS with 3+ years practical exprience
• Ideally will have experience of drylining packages
• Highly motivated to progress to commercial lead role
• Able to run projects with minimal supervision

Roles & Responsibilities: Senior Building Surveyor

• Working across all partitions and ceiling types, fire stopping/proofing, basic carpentry, decoration and screeding
• Take project from Enquiry, estimation, price tender, secure and run project
• Full project lifecycle across multiple projects
• Once settled, build and develop a team

Salary & Package: Senior Building Surveyor

Salary of £50,000 – £70,000 dependent on background and experience + the following package;

• Private healthcare
• Performance related bonus
• Flexible/hybrid working
• Progression to Commercial Manager
