Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent – Oxfordshire

Chartered Quantity Surveyor MRICS / Employers Agent required within client-focussed Multi-Disciplinary environment.

The position of Chartered Quantity Surveyor/Employers agent has become available due to continued growth within the New Build, Mixed Tenure Housing schemes team, based in Oxfordshire.

Person Specification:
The successful Chartered Quantity Surveyor will hold a RICS accredited degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.

You will be MRICS with 2+ years post qualification experience. You will preferably have relevant experience in new build, mixed tenure housing schemes, although a candidate with relevant experience would also be considered.

Job Description:
As Chartered Quantity Surveyor you will meet Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent requirements on New Build, Mixed Tenure Housing projects.

Salary & Package:
Our client is offering a salary of c.£45,000 dependant on experience.
