Person Specification: Senior Building Surveyor

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying
• Ideally MRICS but will also consider experienced non-chartered candidates
• Minimum 2 years post qualification experience, or a minimum of 5-10 years experience post graduation, in similar role / sector
• You will ideally have experience in the education sector, local authority also useful

Roles & Responsibilities: Senior Building Surveyor

Working with a focus towards the education sector, and with other work flows growing in the residential and healthcare sector, you will work across a range of projects, whilst also dealing with the associated professional instructions. Your work will cover but not be limited to the following areas: –

• Feasibility Studies / Condition Surveys
• Design
• Specification writing (NBS preferred)
• Contract Administration & Project Management
• Client liaison and management
• Technical due diligence for trusts

Salary & Package: Senior Building Surveyor

Salary – £50,000 – £65,000 per annum, dependant on experience
