Senior Building Surveyor - Consultancy - Holborn, London

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to develop their experience and become a key member of this Central London based Consultancy.

Our client is multi-disciplinary consultancy with a focus on strategy, funding, project development and delivery. They work across a broad range of project sectors ranging from commercial to heritage and healthcare to leisure.

In line with continued growth they are looking for a dynamic Senior Building Surveyor to join their consultancy team based at their London office in Holborn.

Person Specification:

• You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying
• You will ideally have c.4–7 years post degree experience
• Your experience will encompass core Building Surveying duties, including property surveys, contract administration and project management

The successful candidate will have the ability to lead the development of projects and work closely with the client.

Beneficial experience include:

• JCT Contract Administration experience
• Ability to manage and run projects onsite
• Principal Designer experience / capability in CAD
• Experience of Project Management
• Sound technical knowledge and experience
• Technical construction detailing ability in CAD
• Specification / tender documentation production
• Museums and Heritage experience
• Knowledge of Listed Buildings/Scheduled Ancient Monuments
