Our client is an independant Building Consultancy with a skilled and innovative team working across a wide variety of project sectors. They have an excellent reputation for providing a professional results driven service to their varied client base and they offer a friendly and collaborative working culture for their staff based in their central London offices, conveniently located next to St. Paul’s Cathedral.

This strong, well established company has a Multi-discipinary team made from Building Surveyors, Architects, CAD Technicians, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers and administrative staff.

With a busy and growing workload in the Commercial sector they are now recruiting for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor with high quality all-round experience.

Person Specification:

• The successful applicant will be a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor with full RICS membership.
• You will have C.8+ years post qualification experience.
• You will be a proven “all-rounder” in the Commercial Building Surveying Sector.
• Your experience will ideally be from within either a Consultancy or Private Practice environment.
• You will have confident communication skills and commercial awareness.
• You will be able to bring work in to the practice and you will be confident running a team.
• You will have excellent IT, written and oral skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will have all the duties of a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor covering all areas of Commercial Building Surveying including Contract Admin and Due diligence.

Salary & Package:

Our client is offering a competitive salary upwards of £60,000 per annum depending on your level of experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
