This independent construction cost consultancy covers a broad range of sectors, delivery cost consultancy for new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects. As part of their succession plan they now have an opening for a Senior Cost consultant/QS to join their central London team. Progression opportunities are unlimited and there is potential for future enquity for exceptional candidates.

Person Specification: Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS – Preferential but not essential
• Strong commercial experience
• Excellent communication and business development skills
• The drive and mindset to take an integral role in the future development of the business

Roles and Responsibilities: Senior Quantity Surveyor

You will have responsibilities across the full project lifecycle. Projects are predominantly in the commercial sector but other areas of work include, high-end residential, high-end boutique retail, laboratories and healthcare.

Alongside your project responsibilities you may also have involvement in business development and team development. You may also develop your responsibilities to take greater involvement in the day-to-day running of the business.

Salary & Package: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is offering a salary between £65,000 –  £80,000 dependent on experience and background, plus the following package: –
